Overview
Compare plans, start a secure checkout, and understand how upgrades, downgrades, trials, and usage resets behave.
Before You Start
- Tenant administrator access to Billing.
- A valid active plan available for purchase.
- Permission to complete payment for the tenant account.
Steps
1. Review current usage
Open Billing and compare current consumption with the active plan's limits and enabled modules.
2. Open plan comparison
Review available plans, billing periods, capacities, and feature access.
3. Select the target plan
Choose an active paid plan that supports the account's expected organizations, agents, contacts, campaigns, messages, AI, and channels.
4. Complete checkout
Follow the secure payment flow and wait for payment confirmation before closing the page.
5. Confirm activation
Return to Billing and verify the new subscription, limits, module access, and billing history.
6. Review downgrade impact
Before choosing a smaller plan, resolve usage that is above the target limits and confirm which modules will become unavailable.
Recommended Practices
- Do not retry a captured payment without checking Billing first.
- Choose capacity for all organizations under the tenant account.
- Review add-ons or approved overrides when only one entitlement needs temporary capacity.
What Happens Next
A successful payment activates the selected plan and replaces the previous active subscription without deleting tenant data.
Frequently Asked Questions
When do usage counters reset?
Reset timing follows the entitlement and subscription period shown in Billing.
Will a downgrade delete existing data?
The safe over-limit workflow preserves existing data, but new actions can be restricted until usage returns within the plan.
