Overview

Read account and organization usage for agents, contacts, campaigns, messages, AI credits, channels, and industry modules.

Before You Start

  • Tenant administrator access to Billing.
  • An active plan, trial, or subscription record.

Steps

1. Open Billing

Choose Billings from the tenant navigation to review the active subscription and plan usage.

2. Review account-wide usage

Check totals such as organizations, agents across the account, contacts across the account, messages, campaigns, and AI credits.

3. Review organization limits

Compare per-organization agent and contact usage with the limits assigned by the plan.

4. Review message categories

Use Message Usage Analytics to compare total, campaign, automation, AI, human agent, transactional, and template messages.

5. Check warnings

Review in-app and email notifications for approaching or reached thresholds.

6. Open plan comparison

Use an upgrade action when additional capacity or module access is required.

Recommended Practices

  • Review both account-wide and per-organization ceilings.
  • Act on warning notifications before a critical workflow is blocked.
  • Use usage history to select capacity based on normal demand, not a single exceptional day.

What Happens Next

Tenant administrators can see which entitlement is approaching its limit and where usage is being consumed.

FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

Why can usage appear in more than one card?

Some limits are compound, such as total contacts across the account and contacts inside one organization.

What happens when a limit is reached?

The affected creation or sending action is blocked with a plan message while existing records and conversations remain protected.
