Read account and organization usage for agents, contacts, campaigns, messages, AI credits, channels, and industry modules.
Before You Start
- Tenant administrator access to Billing.
- An active plan, trial, or subscription record.
Steps
1. Open Billing
Choose Billings from the tenant navigation to review the active subscription and plan usage.
2. Review account-wide usage
Check totals such as organizations, agents across the account, contacts across the account, messages, campaigns, and AI credits.
3. Review organization limits
Compare per-organization agent and contact usage with the limits assigned by the plan.
4. Review message categories
Use Message Usage Analytics to compare total, campaign, automation, AI, human agent, transactional, and template messages.
5. Check warnings
Review in-app and email notifications for approaching or reached thresholds.
6. Open plan comparison
Use an upgrade action when additional capacity or module access is required.

- Review both account-wide and per-organization ceilings.
- Act on warning notifications before a critical workflow is blocked.
- Use usage history to select capacity based on normal demand, not a single exceptional day.
What Happens Next
Tenant administrators can see which entitlement is approaching its limit and where usage is being consumed.
