Overview

Create tenant agent accounts, assign organization access, and keep user capacity within plan limits.

Before You Start

  • Tenant administrator access.
  • An available Total Agents Across Account slot.
  • Available Agent Per Organization capacity for the selected organization.

Steps

1. Open Agents

Choose Roles and Apps, then Agents, to view tenant users and current plan notices.

2. Create the agent

Enter the agent's identity and sign-in information using the available create action.

3. Assign organizations

Give the agent access only to the organizations they are responsible for handling.

4. Assign a role

Choose a role that grants the minimum permissions required for the agent's work.

5. Review capacity

Confirm both account-wide and per-organization agent usage after saving.

Recommended Practices

  • Use individual accounts instead of shared credentials.
  • Remove organization access when responsibilities change.
  • Deactivate accounts that should no longer enter the workspace.

What Happens Next

The agent can sign in and access only the organizations and modules granted by their role and plan.

FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

Why is agent creation blocked?

Either the account-wide agent limit or the selected organization's agent limit may have been reached.

Is a tenant agent the same as a tenant administrator?

No. A tenant agent receives role-based access, while a tenant administrator has broader workspace control.
