Create and Configure Your First Organization

Overview

Create an organization, complete its business profile, and prepare the workspace for channels, agents, and customer conversations.

Before You Start

• A Zappilo tenant administrator account.
• The organization name, business details, and industry.
• Permission to manage organizations in the account.

Steps

1. Open the organization area

Sign in to Zappilo and open the organization management area from your account workspace.

2. Create the organization

Choose the create option, enter the organization name and required business information, and select the correct industry.

3. Review the organization profile

Confirm the contact details, time zone, and business information used by customer-facing workflows.

4. Add workspace access

Invite or assign the agents and teams that should work with this organization.

5. Connect the required channels

Open Roles and Apps or Integrations to connect WhatsApp and configure the Website Channel when included in the plan.

• Use the legal or customer-facing business name consistently.
• Select the correct industry because industry-specific modules depend on it.
• Review plan limits before creating additional organizations or agents.

What Happens Next

The organization becomes available as an isolated workspace for contacts, conversations, campaigns, AI settings, and reporting.
